2. Don't fuck with the ops. They might not always be right, but still they're ops and will kick/ban you if you don't behave.

3. Don't flood. Nobody wants to see that flood-crap on the channel so just forget all of that. This applies also to using numerous /me-based commands in a short period of time.

4. Don't use any features of your client that other people's clients might not understand. This includes all of that stuff like mIRC-colors and such. Plain text should be enough to deliver the message.

5. Don't annoy anyone in any way. If you want to fight, do it with private messages. The people on the chan rarely feel like participating when other people decide to fight.

6. Use your brains.
